1. About PawGaniser

PawGaniser helps you organise information about your cats and dogs, including pet profiles, appointments, vet visits, medications, treatments, vaccinations, dental care, weight records, health observations, reminders, life events, notes, attachments and, for dogs, walk records.

By using PawGaniser, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app or website.

2. Veterinary and health information

PawGaniser is a record-keeping and organisational tool. It does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment, and information shown in the app should not be treated as a recommendation about your pet’s health.

You remain responsible for checking medication instructions, doses, treatment dates, appointment details and any other care information against advice from an appropriately qualified veterinary professional. If you are concerned about your pet’s health, contact a vet.

3. Your information and records

You are responsible for the information you enter into PawGaniser and for keeping it accurate and up to date. PawGaniser cannot verify the accuracy or completeness of user-entered information.

Pet records are stored locally on your device. You should make suitable backups using PawGaniser’s export function, particularly before deleting the app, replacing or resetting your device, or making significant changes to your records.

Importing a full PawGaniser backup replaces the records currently held in the app. Please read the confirmation shown before importing and export any existing records you wish to retain.

4. Exports, PDFs and Pet Care Summaries

PawGaniser can create files and summaries using information you have entered. Once you export, save or share a file outside PawGaniser, you are responsible for where it is stored and who receives it.

A PawGaniser Pet Care Summary or other generated PDF is an organisational summary only. It is not an official veterinary certificate, vaccination certificate, pet travel document or other legally recognised record unless the underlying documentation independently satisfies the relevant requirements.

5. Reminders and notifications

Reminders are provided as a convenience and should not be your only method of managing important medication, treatment or appointment dates. PawGaniser reminders are one-off alerts rather than automatic recurring medication-dose schedules. Notifications may be affected by your device settings, permissions, Focus modes, software updates or other factors outside PawGaniser’s control.

6. App Store purchases

If you obtain PawGaniser through Apple’s App Store, your purchase and use of the App Store are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies. Apple is responsible for the App Store and its own services; PawGaniser remains responsible for support relating to the PawGaniser app itself.

7. Acceptable use

You may use PawGaniser for lawful personal pet-care purposes. You must not attempt to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer or interfere with the app, website, security features or intellectual property except where applicable law expressly permits you to do so.

8. Intellectual property

The PawGaniser name, branding, artwork, interface, website content and associated materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. PawGaniser™ is the subject of a UK trade mark application which is currently pending. The ™ symbol does not represent a claim that registration has already been granted.

Your own pet information, photographs and other material you enter remain yours or the property of their respective owners.

9. Updates and availability

We may update PawGaniser to improve reliability, security, compatibility or features. Features may evolve over time. We aim to keep the app and website available and working properly, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

10. Responsibility and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, PawGaniser is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information entered by a user, failure to maintain a suitable backup, reliance on a reminder as the sole record of an important care date, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Our Privacy Policy explains how PawGaniser handles information and support enquiries.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when PawGaniser changes or when legal or operational requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
