Information stored in PawGaniser

Information you enter into PawGaniser — such as pet profiles, photographs, vet visits, medications, treatments, vaccinations, dental records, weights, walks, health observations, reminders, appointments, notes, life events and imported attachments — is stored locally on your device.

PawGaniser does not transmit those records to us as part of normal app use.

Exports and files you choose to share

PawGaniser can create backups, PDFs and other files from information stored in the app. These files are created at your request. If you save, export or share a file using iOS, the destination you choose may process or store that file under its own privacy terms.

Please take care when sharing files that contain pet details, contact information, notes or other information you consider private.

Photos, documents and notifications

When you choose a photograph using the iOS photo picker, PawGaniser receives the item you selected and stores a copy with your local app data. It does not request broad access to your photo library.

Documents you deliberately import are stored with the relevant PawGaniser record. File access is provided through Apple’s system file picker.

If you enable reminders, PawGaniser schedules local notifications on your iPhone. Notification permission is controlled through iPhone Settings. PawGaniser’s built-in calendar does not require access to your iPhone Calendar.

Analytics, tracking, advertising and cloud services

PawGaniser does not include third-party analytics, advertising networks or tracking. It does not use an app-managed server, external API or PawGaniser cloud account to store your pet records, and it does not provide app-managed iCloud/CloudKit syncing.

We do not sell your pet information and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Support enquiries

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, screenshots and device or app details. We use that information to respond to your enquiry, investigate problems and provide support.

We do not add support correspondents to marketing lists simply because they contacted us.

App Store and platform information

Apple may process information relating to App Store downloads, purchases, device diagnostics or crash information under Apple’s own privacy terms and settings. That information is controlled by Apple rather than by PawGaniser.

Children’s privacy

PawGaniser is not designed specifically for children and does not knowingly operate a service intended to collect personal information from children.

Keeping your records safe

Because PawGaniser stores records locally, access to those records depends in part on the security of your device and any exported files you create. PawGaniser backup files are not encrypted by the app itself, so use your device security features and keep exported files somewhere appropriate and secure. Your iPhone’s own backup settings may also include PawGaniser app data in a device backup.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when PawGaniser changes or when our privacy practices change. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated date.
